Some Apps and Websites offered by us may permit you to integrate with third-party data sources, such as Apple Health Kit, Fitbit, Garmin, Google Health, or Oura Ring, and share information collected through those sources with us. Additional terms applicable to those third-party data sources are set forth in Section 5 (“Data Collected Through Third-Party Integrations”).
1. Privacy Policy overview
This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of information that identifies an individual (“Personal Information”) and other data that we gather when you access or use our Website or an App. We gather limited types of Personal Information about our visitors, as explained in more detail below. We use Personal Information internally in connection with our Website or an App and do not share it with third parties except for our internal business purposes as set forth in Section 3.
2. What Information does Hologram Sciences collect?
The information we collect varies depending on the type of activity you are performing and helps us provide you the Website, Apps, personalize and improve your experience, and provide you with opportunities to learn about products and services that might interest you. Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses and phone numbers), if you contact us.
Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete (such as name, email address, information on menstrual cycles, etc.).
Details of transactions you carry out through the Apps or Websites and of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order through the Apps or Websites.
Your search queries on the Apps and Websites.
Your interactions and conversations with health coaches through the Apps and Websites, such as chat logs, scheduling information, and transcripts of video calls (if authorized by you).

Data you choose to provide us access to via integration with third-party data sources, as described further in Section 5 (“Data Collected Through Third-Party Integrations”).
We may also collect the following “Other Information,” which would be gathered automatically through your use of the Websites or Apps as described below:

We may share some or all of your Personal Information with our third-party partners, those with whom we have a co-branding or promotional relationship, or other third parties about whom you are otherwise notified and do not request to opt out of such sharing. For example, raw data you submit through an IoT device connected to an App may be shared with our partners for processing through their algorithms and then returned to us so we can give you insights and predictions with respect to such data.
